RETURNS
Every order you place with us has a trial period of 14 days. This means that you can view, feel and touch the product during this period. Perhaps your purchase is not what you were looking for or the color or size is just not the right one.

Return shipments from outside The Netherlands are at your own costs.
The product must be returned including accompanying accessories. And, as far as reasonably possible, in the original packaging or otherwise in a box provided by yourself. You can then return the box to the post office or post agency. Keep the proof of shipment that you receive from the post agency until your return has been processed.
We will refund the purchase amount to your account, assuming a maximum of 1 week between returning and receiving your purchase amount.
DELIVERY
Fernus.nl strives to deliver to the specified address abroad The Netherlands within max 4 working days after receipt of payment.
You expect your order to arrive on a certain day and then it isn’t there… While we have really indicated that you would receive it within the set term. Very annoying, because we always handle your order very carefully, so we would like to hear from you when something went wrong. Call us or send an email and we will track your package.
WARRANTY
It is annoying when something goes wrong. Fortunately, we provide a guarantee. This is for a period of 1 year after the purchase. If your product shows defects within this period, you can return it to us free of charge. We would like to point out that the screws of the Woodstack, the FirePlate and the baking ring of FireTable will rust when used outside. Rust is no reason to make use of the warranty.
