With the ChipFeeder, you can smoulder saw dust and wood splinters over your gas flame and the shutters to the left, the right and the back will keep the smoke inside. Keep the temperature low, between 60 and 100 degrees Celsius, keep the extractor fan running and enjoy delicious smoky flavours to your fish or vegetables.
